Chinese Silver Panda Coins

One of my personal favourite coins. The Chinese Silver Panda Coin is a silver bullion coin minted by the peoples republic of china. It is one of few coins that changes its design every year except 2001-2002 which have the same design. Each other year these Chinese Silver Panda Coins are released to a waiting public who rush to snap them up for private collections and future investments.

The Temple of Heaven is depicted on the reverse side of the Chinese Silver Pandas as they are known. With the inscription "Zhonghua Renmin Gongheguo" which means the Peoples Republic of China. With the ever growing populairty of the Chinese Silver Panda Coins, you should expect to pay a premium over coins such as the American Silver Eagle or Canadian Maple Leafs. a). Because there are lower mintages and b). Because they are such a nice coin collectors the world over fall in love with them and find it hard to sell on.
